Payment Policy
Effective Date: May 17, 2026
ArtizenLive operates as a booking facilitation marketplace platform connecting clients with independent artists. ArtizenLive does NOT act as the principal service provider. All performance services are delivered solely by the Artist.
1. Advance Payment Requirement
To confirm a booking, clients are required to make an advance payment as per the applicable slab below. The advance is collected strictly on behalf of the Artist as booking confirmation security. ArtizenLive does not charge any separate platform service fees from the Customer unless expressly agreed in writing.

Note: The exact advance percentage is confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Nature of Advance Payment
- The advance is held on behalf of the Artist — it is NOT the income of ArtizenLive.
- It is subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- The remaining event balance shall be payable directly by the Client to the Artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Invoicing & GST
ArtizenLive shall issue:
- A booking confirmation invoice to the Client.
- A payment receipt for the advance received.
4. Payment Responsibility
Clients are responsible for making timely payments. ArtizenLive shall not be liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or client-side failures.
5. Cancellation & Refund
All refund requests are governed by the ArtizenLive Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds apply only to the advance amount and are processed within 15 business days.
6. Dispute Resolution
Payment disputes shall first be resolved internally within 15 business days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
