Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Advance Payment and Booking

Upon booking an event through ArtizenLive, clients are required to make an advance payment to secure the artist's availability. The advance payment amount will be specified during the booking process.

2. Cancellation Period

Clients may cancel their event up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date without incurring any cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date will incur cancellation charges.

3. Refund Calculation

• Cancellation More Than 10 to 30 Days Before the Event: If you choose to cancel your event between 10 to 30 days before the scheduled event date, 0.8% of the total booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge. This amount will be adjusted from the advance payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
• Cancellation Within 5 to 10 Days of the Event: If you choose to cancel your event between 5 to 10 days before the scheduled event date, 1.5% of the total booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge. This amount will be adjusted from the advance payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
• Cancellation Within 3 to 5 Days of the Event: If you choose to cancel your event between 3 to 5 days before the scheduled event date, 3% of the total booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge. This amount will be adjusted from the advance payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
• Last-Minute Cancellation (Within 72 Hours): If you cancel your event within 72 hours of the scheduled time, 70% of the advance payment will be deducted as a cancellation charge. This amount will be adjusted from the advance payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited back to the bank account after verification.

5. Exceptions

Force Majeure Events: In exceptional cases such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone's control, we will assess each situation individually. ArtizenLive reserves the right to modify the refund policy based on the specific circumstances.
